Summary

Breathizen in 60 seconds

60sThe whole product in one short read.

Breathizen is an oral spray dietary supplement for adults, sold for daily breathing comfort. You shake the bottle and spray 4 pumps (0.60 mL) into your mouth once a day, ideally in the morning before your first meal. The sales page names five ingredients: mullein leaf extract 10:1, ginger root, bromelain, organic lemon and organic Cordyceps militaris. Amounts are not published. It is not a nasal spray, an inhaler or a medicine, so keep any prescribed treatment. Packs cost $49 to $89 a bottle, and every order has a 60-day satisfaction window.

The idea

One spray, four jobs

One small bottle and one short habit. Here is what the spray is built to do, and the one rule that never changes.

Three Breathizen bottles with blue labels showing lungs, 2 oz / 60 mL dietary supplement
  • No pills, no water

Nothing to swallow whole and no glass to fill. The spray goes into your mouth or onto your tongue.

  • The rule: keep your inhaler

The spray sits beside your care, never in place of it. A 60-day window gives you time to judge it.

The why

Why do people look for a breathing-comfort supplement?

Most people want mornings that feel a little easier and a habit they can keep. A few want an alternative to medicine, and that is where care matters.

Stuffy mornings, dry indoor air and smoky summer days leave many adults wishing breathing felt lighter. Others grew up with mullein tea or ginger tea for chest colds. A daily spray feels like an easy way to bring those plants into a routine.

Your lungs already clean themselves. The American Lung Association says the real protection comes from not smoking, avoiding polluted air and staying active, not from cleanse products (American Lung Association, lung detox). If you smoke, quitting helps your lungs at any age (CDC, Benefits of quitting).

Breathizen is sold as a small daily support, not a fix. For habits that matter more than any bottle, read our guide to breathing better.

When breathing trouble needs a doctor now

Call 911 for sudden or severe shortness of breath, chest pain, bluish lips or face, confusion, or breathing trouble that does not ease (MedlinePlus, Breathing difficulty). These are emergency signs, not a reason to try a supplement (MedlinePlus, Breathing difficulties: first aid). Our post on when shortness of breath needs a doctor lists the signs in plain words.

The product

What is Breathizen?

Breathizen is an oral spray dietary supplement for adults 18 and over. It is sold for breathing comfort, and you use it once a day.

  1. An oral spray, not a nasal spray. It goes into the mouth or onto the tongue. It is not an inhaler or a drug.
  2. 4 pumps make one serving. That is 0.60 mL of liquid a day.
  3. Five named ingredients. Mullein leaf extract 10:1, ginger root, bromelain, organic lemon and organic Cordyceps militaris.
  4. Bottle phrases are marketing. The graphic prints “Supports clear breathing”, “Natural lung support”, “Fast-acting spray”. Printed on the bottle in the brand's graphics. They are marketing phrases, not results we could verify.

The brand graphic shows a dropper-style top, while the FAQ talks about pumps. Follow the bottle you receive. This site is run by Breathizenformula, a stocked U.S. Breathizen counter, not the maker. See how Breathizen works for more.

The routine

How does Breathizen work?

Breathizen works as a daily habit: shake, spray 4 pumps, and repeat each morning. No study has tested the spray itself, so the notes below cover each ingredient on its own.

How Breathizen works graphic from the brand: follow label directions, product formula, daily routine, oral spray
The brand's how-it-works graphic: follow the label directions, use the formula, keep the daily routine.

What each ingredient has been studied for

Mullein leaf has a long folk use for coughs and chest complaints, but the research is mainly lab work (Turker & Gurel, 2005). Reliable human evidence is thin (WebMD, Mullein).

Ginger root compounds helped isolated airway muscle tissue relax in lab tests, not in people (Townsend et al., 2013). Most ginger studies are about nausea (NCCIH, Ginger).

Bromelain is a pineapple enzyme. A small open pilot in chronic sinusitis reported fewer symptoms (Büttner et al., 2013), but NCCIH says the research is not strong enough to recommend it (NCCIH, Bromelain).

Cordyceps militaris was part of a 4 g daily blend that improved some exercise measures after 3 weeks (Hirsch et al., 2017). Lemon likely adds flavor; its vitamin C content is not published (Hemilä & Chalker, Cochrane 2013). More on how the spray fits a routine.

Formula

What are the ingredients in Breathizen?

The sales page names five ingredients, in this order. No amounts are published. Tap a card for the full ingredient page.

Each ingredient has its own page: mullein leaf extract, ginger root extract, bromelain powder, organic lemon extract and organic Cordyceps militaris.

For the full list in one place, read the Breathizen ingredients guide. Curious about mullein? Start with mullein for lungs: what the research shows.

Honest note

Honest note: what the evidence can and cannot tell you about Breathizen

Here is the plain version. Five named extracts, no published amounts, a 0.60 mL daily serving and no published trial of the spray itself.

Cordyceps militarisStudied at 1-4 g a day

Exercise studies used about 1 to 4 g a day. The amount in one 0.60 mL serving is not published. (Hirsch et al., 2017)

BromelainEvidence: limited

One small pilot study in chronic sinusitis; NCCIH says there is not enough research to recommend it. (NCCIH, Bromelain)

Mullein leafEvidence: lab only

Folk use for coughs; the research is mainly lab work on plant compounds. (Turker & Gurel, 2005)

Ginger rootEvidence: lab only

Airway muscle relaxed in lab tissue tests, not in people. (Townsend et al., 2013)

Whole formula0.60 mL a day

Five extracts share one 0.60 mL serving, and none has a published amount. (21 CFR 101.36)

No amounts are published for any of the five ingredients, so no gap can be worked out. A 4-pump serving is 0.60 mL of liquid, which limits how much of any extract one serving can hold.

Supplement labels must carry a Supplement Facts panel (21 CFR 101.36). We have not been given one, so we cannot compare any amount with a studied dose. A missing amount does not mean the spray does nothing. It means nobody can check it yet, and you should read the panel on your bottle.

The label

What does the Breathizen label show?

We have not seen a Supplement Facts panel for this spray. Here is what to look for when your bottle arrives.

Label panel not published

No Supplement Facts panel was supplied to us, so the amount of each ingredient, the liquid base and the serving count are not published here. Read the panel on your bottle, and bring it to your doctor if you take any medicine.

Check these on your bottle

  • The Supplement Facts panel, with an amount for each of the five ingredients
  • The liquid base, flavors and any preservatives under other ingredients
  • The bottle size and the number of servings per bottle
  • The directions: pump or dropper, and how many sprays make one serving
  • Storage directions and the lot number, which you can compare on the batch page

Taking any medicine? Bring the bottle to your doctor or pharmacist. To match your lot, use the batch verify page.

What it supports

What are the benefits of Breathizen?

Breathizen is made to support daily breathing comfort as part of a simple routine. These are support statements, not promised results.

  1. 01

Supports a simple daily breathing-comfort routine

Four pumps each morning is easy to tie to brushing your teeth. A habit you keep is the base of any supplement plan.

  2. 02

    Brings five named botanicals together

Mullein, ginger, bromelain, lemon and Cordyceps militaris share one small serving instead of five separate bottles.

  3. 03

Needs no pills and no water

Nothing to swallow whole. That helps people who find capsules hard to get down.

  4. 04

    Uses a small daily serving

0.60 mL a day is a few drops of liquid. The bottle fits in a bag or a coat pocket.

  5. 05

Gives you time to judge it

The 60-day window covers every pack. You can try the routine and decide inside it.

What Breathizen does not do

  • It does not treat, cure or prevent asthma, COPD, bronchitis, allergies, infections or any disease.
  • It is not an inhaler or a rescue medicine, and it never replaces one.
  • It does not clean or repair the lungs or undo smoking damage. Lungs clean themselves (American Lung Association, lung detox).
  • It does not replace quitting smoking, your treatment plan or a doctor.
  • It cannot promise results. People respond differently.

*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  3. Use it in the morning

Once a day, ideally in the morning before your first meal. The same time each day is easiest to remember.

If you take medicine, are pregnant or nursing, or have a lung condition, ask your doctor before you start.

Keep the bottle next to your toothbrush, so the spray happens before breakfast without a second thought. If your bottle has a dropper instead of a pump, follow its label. More tips are on how to use Breathizen.

Before you start

Keep using any inhaler or prescribed medicine exactly as directed. Ask your doctor first if you take blood thinners or diabetes medicine, are pregnant or nursing, or have any lung condition. Never inhale, vape or smoke this spray or its herbs; smoke of any kind harms the lungs. For sudden or severe shortness of breath, chest pain or bluish lips, call 911.

The caution on the sales page: for adults 18 and over. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use. Stop and call your doctor if any reaction occurs.

Timeline

How long does Breathizen take to work?

There is no fixed timeline, because no trial of Breathizen has been published. Ingredient studies ran 1 to 12 weeks, at other doses and in other forms.

  1. Day 1

Your order date starts the 60-day window. Pick one morning time and stick to it.

  2. Weeks 1 to 3

Build the habit. In one cordyceps study, some exercise measures improved after 3 weeks, not after 1 (Hirsch et al., 2017).

  3. Day 30

The sales page asks for at least 30 days of use before a refund request. Note how mornings feel each week.

  4. Weeks 5 to 8

Take stock before day 60. If it is not for you, call the order desk while the window is open.

  5. Up to week 12

The longest related study ran 12 weeks and used a different species, Cordyceps sinensis (Chen et al., 2010).

A week-by-week guide is on the Breathizen results timeline.

Our verdict

Our Breathizen rating

We score Breathizen 5.6 out of 10 on the label, the evidence and the buying terms. We sell it, so we show every reason.

5.6/10 editorial score

Our desk score from the label, the evidence and the buying terms. We sell Breathizen, so we show our reasons.

  • Label transparency3.0/10

Five ingredients are named, but no amounts or Supplement Facts panel are published.

  • Evidence for breathing3.0/10

Mostly lab studies and small trials of single ingredients at unknown amounts.

  • Ease of use8.5/10

Four pumps once a day, no pills or water.

  • Price clarity7.5/10

Per-bottle prices are clear; shipping cost appears only at checkout.

  • Refund terms5.5/10

60-day window, but the 30-day use request needs confirming.

  • Safety disclosure6.0/10

Not a drug or inhaler; cordyceps and bromelain cautions are on you to check.

What we like

  • 4 pumps once a day, an easy habit to keep
  • Five ingredients named, each with its own page here
  • No pills to swallow and no water needed
  • Clear per-bottle prices from $49
  • A 60-day window with time to judge the routine

What holds the score back is the label: no amounts, no Supplement Facts panel and no trial of the spray. Fine for a simple daily habit; not for anyone who wants checked doses.

FAQ

Breathizen FAQ: questions people ask before they order

Thirteen quick answers to the questions people search for most. Type a word to filter.

Breathizen reviews and complaints: what do buyers say?

We do not show any customer reviews or ratings yet, because each one must first be matched to a real order. The questions we hear most are about a slow start, the missing ingredient amounts, the shipping cost shown only at checkout and the 30-day use request for refunds.

Is Breathizen legit?

Yes, Breathizen is a real oral spray supplement sold through the brand's checkout, with an order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 and a 60-day window. It is a supplement, not a medicine, and no trial of the spray itself has been published.

What is Breathizen?

Breathizen is an oral spray dietary supplement for adults, sold for daily breathing comfort. You spray 4 pumps (0.60 mL) into your mouth once a day, and the sales page names five plant and mushroom extracts.

What are the ingredients in Breathizen?

The sales page names mullein leaf extract 10:1, ginger root extract, bromelain powder, organic lemon extract and organic Cordyceps militaris fruit extract. No amounts are published, and the liquid base, flavors and preservatives are not listed in our files.

How do you use Breathizen spray?

Shake the bottle well, then spray 4 pumps (0.60 mL) into your mouth or onto your tongue once a day. The sales FAQ suggests the morning, before your first meal. Follow the label on your bottle if it differs.

Is Breathizen a nasal spray?

No. Breathizen is an oral spray that goes into your mouth or onto your tongue, not into your nose. People sometimes search for a breathe zen nasal spray, but this product is not one. Never inhale, vape or smoke it.

Can Breathizen replace my inhaler?

No. Breathizen is a dietary supplement, not an inhaler or a medicine, so keep using your inhaler exactly as prescribed. If you have sudden or severe shortness of breath, chest pain or bluish lips, call 911.

What are the side effects of Breathizen?

No side effect data for Breathizen itself has been published. Ginger can cause heartburn and irritate the mouth and throat, bromelain can upset the stomach, and cordyceps may lower blood sugar and affect bleeding. Stop and call your doctor if any reaction occurs.

How long does Breathizen take to work?

There is no fixed timeline, because no trial of Breathizen has been published. Ingredient studies ran 1 to 12 weeks at other doses, and the sales page asks for at least 30 days of use, so plan on steady daily use inside the 60-day window.

How much does Breathizen cost?

Breathizen costs $89 for one bottle, $59 a bottle on the 3-bottle pack ($177) and $49 a bottle on the 6-bottle pack ($294). The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where can I buy Breathizen? Is this the official website?

You can buy Breathizen on this website, breathizenformula.com, run by Breathizenformula, a stocked U.S. Breathizen counter and authorized seller. We are not the maker. We have not confirmed authorized listings on Amazon, eBay or Walmart.

Does Breathizen have a money-back guarantee?

Yes. There is a 60-day window from purchase, and the sales page also asks that you use the spray for at least 30 days first. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID to start, and note that the buyer pays return shipping.

Can I use Breathizen with asthma or COPD medicine?

Ask your doctor first, and never stop or cut back your medicine. Breathizen is not an asthma or COPD medicine, so keep following your asthma action plan or COPD treatment exactly as written.
