Breathizen Testing and Quality: Seals, GMP and What Is Published
Quick answerThe Breathizen brand graphics show ten badges, including GMP, made in USA and non-GMO. We treat them as brand badges, not verified certifications. No certificate of analysis is published; lot B-26/BR-3073 and reference B-3073-26-BR are references only. The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold.

How is Breathizen quality checked?
Breathizenformula runs this website as a stocked U.S. Breathizen counter. We do not make, bottle or lab-test the spray ourselves.
What we can do is read every quality claim the brand makes and say plainly what backs it up. Where a document exists, we say so. Where it does not, we write not published.
- 10brand badges on the graphics
- 0lab certificates published
- 1lot reference on file
- 5named ingredients
What do the seals on the Breathizen graphics mean?
The brand's product graphics carry ten round badges. Each is shown below with what it claims and what we could confirm.
Read them as brand badges. None of them comes with a certificate number, a named certifier or a test report in our files.

A brand badge. It refers to the FDA's supplement manufacturing rules (21 CFR Part 111). No facility or certificate is named in our files.

A brand badge. The factory is not named and ingredient origins are not published.

A brand badge. No third-party Non-GMO certification is named in our files.

A brand badge. The five named ingredients are plant, fruit or mushroom extracts; the liquid base is not published.

A brand badge. No gluten test or certification is published.

A brand badge. The base and any flavor ingredients are not published, so check the label.

A brand badge. Check the label if you have a milk allergy.

A brand badge, not a lab result. No certificate of analysis is published for the lot.

A brand badge. No formulating doctor is named in our files, so we cannot confirm it.

Refers to the 60-day window from purchase. It is a purchase policy, not a promise of results.
What does GMP mean for a supplement?
GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. For supplements sold in the U.S., it refers to the FDA's manufacturing rules in 21 CFR Part 111.
Those rules cover clean facilities, trained staff, written procedures, identity testing of ingredients and records for each batch. Every supplement maker selling in the U.S. must follow them, badge or no badge.
A GMP badge on a graphic is not proof that a given plant passed an audit. To check, you would need the facility name and an audit or certificate. Neither is named in our files.
How is a brand badge different from a certification?
A brand badge is a picture the seller places on its own graphics. A certification is issued by an outside group after it checks the product or the plant.
The difference matters because a certification can be looked up. It usually has a certifier's name, a number and a public listing. A badge alone has none of those.
What the badges do tell you
- Badges tell you which standards the brand says it follows
- GMP rules apply to every U.S. supplement maker by law
- Badges give you clear questions to ask the order desk
- The five named extracts match the natural ingredients badge
What they leave open
- No certifier, number or listing is named for any badge
- Made in USA does not tell you where each extract came from
- Guaranteed pure is not backed by a published lab result
- Doctor formulated has no named doctor behind it
Is Breathizen approved by the FDA?
No pre-market approval
No supplement is approved by the FDA before it is sold. The agency does not have that authority for dietary supplements (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements).
The maker is responsible for making sure the product is safe and the label is truthful. The FDA can act after a product is on the market.
Health claims in ads must be backed by competent and reliable science (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). That is why we treat the bottle's phrases, such as Supports Clear Breathing, as marketing words rather than proven results.
Is there a certificate of analysis for Breathizen?
No lab certificate is published. Our records hold a lot reference, B-26/BR-3073, and a CoA reference, B-3073-26-BR. No lab report came with either one.
A certificate of analysis is a lab report for one batch. A useful one names the lab, the test methods and the results for identity, purity and contaminants, such as heavy metals and microbes.
You can compare the lot code on your bottle on our batch verify page. A match confirms the lot reference only, not lab results.
What should a supplement label show?
Federal rules require a Supplement Facts panel on every supplement label (21 CFR 101.36). In a proprietary blend, only the blend's total weight must be listed, not each ingredient.
| Label element | What the rule expects | What our files show | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supplement Facts panel | Required on every supplement label | Not supplied to us | Read it on your bottle |
| Serving size | Must be stated in the panel | Sales FAQ says 4 pumps (0.60 mL) | Match it to the panel |
| Amount of each ingredient | Listed, or only the blend total if it is a proprietary blend | Not published | Look for milligrams or a blend weight |
| Servings per container | Must be stated | Not published | Divide it by one serving a day for the days per bottle |
| Other ingredients | The base, flavors and preservatives must be listed | Not published | Check for allergens |
| Name and place of business | Maker, packer or distributor must be named | Not named in our files | Write it down in case you need to call |
| Lot or batch code | Used to trace a production run | Our reference: B-26/BR-3073 | Compare it with your bottle |
Label panel not published
No Supplement Facts panel was supplied to us, so the amount of each ingredient, the liquid base and the serving count are not published here. Read the panel on your bottle, and bring it to your doctor if you take any medicine.

What is not published about Breathizen?
A clear list helps you know what to ask. These items were missing from every brand page and file we could read.
Not published as of October 11, 2026
- A Supplement Facts panel with serving size and servings per bottle
- The amount of each of the five named extracts
- The liquid base, flavors and any preservatives
- The name of the manufacturer and the factory
- A certificate of analysis or third-party test result
- The doctor behind the doctor formulated badge
The ingredients page explains what is known about each extract, and the side effects page covers who should ask a doctor first.
Honest note on quality
Breathizen names five extracts and carries many badges, but no amounts, no lab report and no named maker are published. That does not mean the spray is poor. It means we cannot show you proof either way.
If you rely on testing, ask for the lab report before you order, and read the label the day the bottle arrives. The 60-day window on the guarantee page gives you time to decide.
