Breathizen Privacy Policy: What This Site Collects and What It Never Sees

This policy covers breathizenformula.com only. Breathizenformula runs the site as a stocked U.S. Breathizen counter, an authorized seller. We sell the spray; we do not make it. Our office is at 375 Pearl Street, Floor 14, New York, NY 10038.

The site is a set of fixed pages. It has no accounts, no logins, no web forms and no customer database. We earn money when you buy through the order buttons, which is why we explain the path your data takes.

The checkout, the order desk and any outside site we link to follow their own privacy rules. Read the about page to learn who we are.

Very little. A visit to our pages creates standard web host logs, and an email to us creates an email record. Everything else stays with the checkout or never reaches anyone.

As published, our pages set no cookies and load no analytics, heat maps or ad scripts. Fonts and images come from our own host. Our pages do not save anything in your browser between visits.

The page code does include a small listener on order buttons. On its own it sends nothing anywhere. It passes a click event only if Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4 is installed on the site. That event holds the button's position and label, not your name or email.

If we add either tool, we will update this policy, name the tool and move the effective date before it goes live. Those tools would then set their own cookies under Google's terms.

The checkout platform handles every order for Breathizen. The steps below show where your details go. Prices and shipping are shown on the checkout page; our pricing page lists the packs.

When you write to [email protected], we use your message only to answer it. We do not add you to a mailing list or send ads.

We may forward an order question to the order desk if you ask us to. Otherwise, your message stays with us. For order help, it is faster to call +1 (302) 200-3480 directly, as our contact page explains.

Customer reviews appear on this site only after each one is matched to a real order. Until then, the review cards stay blank. Matching means checking the review against a real order record. We never need your card number to do it.

If your review is published, we show only the details you agree to, such as a first name, state and pack. You can ask us to remove it at any time. The reviews page explains how matching works.

If health details arrive anyway, we answer the non-medical part of the message and then delete the health details. For product cautions, read the side effects page. For sudden or severe breathing trouble, call 911.

We keep host logs only as long as security and error checks need them. We keep emails until your question is closed, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to our inbox is limited to the people who answer it. No system is perfectly secure, so please never send card numbers or passwords by email.

Anyone can ask us about their data, wherever they live. Some U.S. states, such as California, give residents extra rights by law. We honor the same requests for every reader.

Privacy requests go to the website inbox, [email protected], read Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. The order desk cannot handle them for this site.

Breathizen is sold for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger than 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

When this policy changes, the effective date moves forward. This version took effect on October 11, 2026.
